Providing incentives under the Investment Promotion Act and monitor the implementation of these incentives. The application is prepared on behalf of the client to the Ministry of Economy through the OP form and submits annual reports on the use of incentives. The tax advisory office performs all necessary communication with the ministry.

Based on the ordinary applications, with the previously obtained approvals of the Ministry of Finance - Tax Administration, and in cooperation with the other relevant Ministries, the Ministry of Economy issues a Certification of granting incentive status to a holder, confirming that an applicant fulfills all the conditions prescribed by the Act and by the Decree on Investment Promotion.

Tax incentives are realised in accordance with the level of investment.
