Tax advisory office on behalf of the client prepares the application to the Ministry of Economics through OP form, submits annual reports on the use of incentives and makes all the necessary communication.

The competent Ministry of Economy on the basis of the ordinary Applications, with the previously obtained approvals of the Ministry of Finance - Tax Administration, and in cooperation with other ministries in whose scope this investment is concerned, issues the Certificate for the holder of incentive measures, confirming that the Applicant fulfills all the conditions prescribed by the Act and by the Decree on Investment Promotion.

Tax incentives are realized in accordance with the level of investment.
